At Zephyra Studio, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and services. However, due to the nature of our work, we have a clear refund policy:
1. Digital Products (Software)
Since our software is delivered as a downloadable .exe file, all sales are final. Once the product is downloaded or the access link is provided, we cannot offer a refund. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and demos before purchasing.
2. Web Development Services
Payments for custom web development are made for professional time and expertise. Once the project has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable. For projects involving a 24-month maintenance commitment, cancellations are subject to the terms of the individual service contract and do not qualify for a refund of fees already paid.
3. Technical Support
