The owner approached Zephyra Studio with a clear vision: transform their brick-and-mortar shop into a serious online presence that would serve customers across Montenegro and the wider region.
The project required building a complete digital ecosystem β not just an online store, but a platform for booking grooming services, veterinary visits, and a rich blog with expert pet care advice. The result is a modern, conversion-optimized WooCommerce platform that reflects the warmth and professionalism of the Pet House brand.

Many pet products come in different sizes, flavors, and quantities. We implemented WooCommerce's variable product system so customers can select their preferred option with real-time price updates. Products like Stella & Chewy's freeze-dried treats display price ranges (e.g., $9.99 - $19.99) with clear variation selectors.
The ordering process is optimized for maximum conversion. We implemented a single-page checkout with guest ordering option, saved addresses for returning customers, and clear shipping cost calculations. The cart automatically applies promo codes and prominently displays savings.
